A good number of motorhomes were present at our most recent event in Royal Hillsborough, held from April 4th to 6th 2025. Our hosts this weekend were Julie and Tom, assisted by Seamus and Claire and both couples left nothing to chance. The sun shone the whole weekend, and although it was still cool at times, some members managed to get a bit of colour (unintentionally).
On Friday evening, we met in the hall for a friendly game of bingo – hosted by Bingo Caller Florence and the money man Gary. All the winners were from the same side of the room surprisingly lol.
On Saturday, members took advantage of the bright yellow ball in the sky and dandered throughout the neighbouring forest walks and lake, while others went down into the village for a few drinks or a bite to eat. We met over in the hall on Saturday evening to enjoy each other’s company, dancing and music by resident DJ Gary!
Fresh-faced on Sunday morning, we had our coffee morning where chair David gave thanks to hosts Tom, Julie; Seamus and Claire for going the extra mile to ensure we all had a super weekend. Birthday wishes were extended to members Jack, Yvonne; Paul and Winnie – Many happy returns! Hope to see you all at our Easter event in St. Mary’s School, Newcastle, Co. Down 18th – 20th April.
